Shipping policy

Your online store purchases will ship with the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping times for online items are generally between 1-3 days from the purchase date. If the item is on backorder status, Victory Girl will contact you via the email or phone number you provided to let you know when backorder items will ship, or provide other alternatives for you. Some items may ship before others.

Custom-painted products will be shipped upon approval of the final item, and full payment provided. Shipping method will be based on most expedient and cost-effective options, using UPS, FedEx or USPS, or your shipping preference. Custom-painted products are shipped insured. It may be necessary for Victory Girl to request additional shipping funds, after the initial shipping quote for custom projects, once the product has been packaged and weighed for shipping.

International shipments for online store purchases are placed with USPS Priority International. Please note Victory Girl may not get tracking status of international shipments once the package has entered international customs facilities.
